By enrolling in The PR Bootcamp program ("Program"), you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Program Description
The PR Bootcamp is a public relations training program consisting of:
Program Structure
Four (4) 90-minute group coaching sessions conducted via Zoom
Interactive group format with other participants
Live instruction and Q&A opportunities
Access to program materials and resources including a private community space on Slack
Topics Covered
The Program curriculum is designed for entertainment industry creatives and includes, but is not limited to understanding PR fundamentals, narrative and material development, media training and a plan for visibility.
Note: Topics and content may be adjusted based on group needs and current industry developments.
By enrolling in the Program, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Your information
By enrolling in the Program, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Payment and Fees
Program Cost
The total cost for The PR Bootcamp program is $600 (USD) as a one-time payment
Payment must be completed in full before program access is granted
All fees are non-transferable between participants
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods
All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems
Participants are responsible for any bank or payment processing fees
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: Participants may request a complete refund at any time before the first class begins
No Refunds After Start: Once the first session has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address]
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
Refunds are subject to any applicable payment processing fees
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Participant Confidentiality Agreement
By participating in the Program, you agree to:
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive, proprietary, or personal information shared by other participants, the coach, or guest speakers
Not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential information learned during sessions
Respect privacy of fellow participants and refrain from sharing their personal or business information
Use information solely for your own educational and professional development
Prohibited Recording and AI Tools
No AI Note Takers: Participants are strictly prohibited from using AI-powered note-taking tools, transcription services, or any automated recording software during sessions
No Unauthorized Recording: Recording of any session content (audio, video, or screen capture) is prohibited without explicit written permission
Personal Notes Only: Participants may take handwritten or typed notes for personal use only
Breach of Confidentiality
Violation of confidentiality agreements may result in immediate program termination without refund and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Materials
All program materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, worksheets, templates, recordings, and course content, are the exclusive property of The PR Bootcamp
Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
Restrictions on Use
Participants may NOT:
Share, distribute, or reproduce any program materials
Create derivative works based on program content
Use materials for commercial purposes or training others
Post or upload materials to any website, social media platform, or file-sharing service
Permitted Use
Participants MAY:
Access materials for personal educational use during and after the program
Reference concepts learned for their own PR activities (without sharing specific materials)
Keep personal notes for future reference
Program Recordings
Session recordings (if provided) remain the property of The PR Bootcamp
Recordings are for participant review only and may not be shared or distributed
Access to recordings may be time-limited at the discretion of The PR Bootcamp
Disclaimer of Liability
Educational Nature
The PR Bootcamp is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The content should not be considered as professional, legal, or business advice specific to your situation.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PR BOOTCAMP, ITS INSTRUCTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury or property damage
Damages arising from program content, technical issues, or participant interactions
Results or outcomes from implementing program teachings
No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or success from program participation
Individual results may vary based on effort, circumstances, and market conditions
Participants are solely responsible for their implementation of program concepts
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims related to the Program shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for program enrollment.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Program Changes and Cancellations
Right to Modify
The PR Bootcamp reserves the right to:
Modify program content, schedule, or format with reasonable notice
Cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
Substitute instructors when necessary
Cancellation by Provider
If we cancel the program, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
General Terms
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The PR Bootcamp regarding program participation.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
Acknowledgement
By enrolling in The PR Bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
